Says Thank You

We are all happy when people appreciate us and the work we do. In many offices, we often see people showing off a thank-you card from their leaders, a special letter from the consumer, or a certificate of award (which may very old age). Appreciate the work!
Give thanks to your team members. Give credit for their successes and achievements. Say thank you when they managed to progress. You can do it in private, openly, in a written form, or in ways so creative. The people who appreciated his work probably would work better, too.

Show means showing respect for what you want and what you think are important. Without such feedback, your employees may be wrong to interpret what is acceptable or highly valued.
Research shows that people hunger for recognition. If you receive a sincere compliment or what had done well, they not only feel appreciated inwardly, but also produced its own pride among family and friends. This will increase their appreciation to you as a leader. Cycle and will continue to maintain morale. Once a level of achievement awards are given, employees will act and try to maintain the image they have managed to create. (RFM4)
- When was the last time you thanked someone in the ranks of your staff?
- When did you last time someone with genuine praise for his success get the job done so well?
- Today is who you think should get credit?
